1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Listing Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Listing Collective provides digital marketing services, including social media management, content creation, lead generation, and analytics reporting for the real estate industry. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Obligations

As a user of the Service, you agree to

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Ensure you have the right to distribute any content you upload to the Content Hub.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

4. Payment and Subscription

Some features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and designs provided as part of the Service are the intellectual property of The Listing Collective or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only. Content created specifically for your agency as part of a paid package belongs to you upon payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Listing Collective shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee specific sales results from advertising campaigns.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service or us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
